Personal Computer Service Agreement Program

If your personal computer (desktop, notebook, or server) is no longer covered under the factory warranty, we can help you keep your PC in top condition at a very reasonable cost. What’s more, this service plan allows you to firmly budget for IT equipment repairs.

TEC Services’ PC Service Agreement Program provides prompt, professional service on all makes and models of personal computers, including the full range of Apple computer products. We have A+ certified computer technicians who are skilled in all aspects of computer hardware repair as well as the removal of harmful computer viruses.

Some of the key features of our PC Service Agreements are as follows:

  • On-site service standard
  • Comprehensive replacement parts coverage (except main batteries for Notebooks)
  • Unlimited remedial repair labor
  • Customer call-back within 1 business hour of the initial request for service, and an on-site technician within 4 business hours of the service request.
  • 50% discount on repair labor if the computer requires service before it is placed under the service agreement.
  • Loaner monitors are available for Customer use while his/her monitor is being repaired.
  • Volume discounts based upon the combined total of PC and Printer Service Agreements purchased. NOTE: The PM Service Agreement for HP LaserJet printers is excluded from volume discounts.

* DISCOUNTS: If a Customer purchases contracts for 20 or more machines (PCs and printers combined), the prices for the contracts will be discounted 20%.

A 20% DISCOUNT will be applied to the contract price for all Apple computers (not printers) if the Customer purchases maintenance agreements for 20 or more units.

PC Service Agreement Quotes

If you would like us to quote you a price for service agreements that would cover several personal computers, please complete the Service Agreement Subscription Form (leave the Approved By name and signature fields blank) and fax it to 706-542-5999. We will compute the price of the Service Agreements with appropriate volume discounts applied and e-mail the quote to you within one (1) business day.

How do I subscribe to a service agreement?

  1. Click on the Service Agreement Subscription Form link and print the PDF file of the form. Fill out the form (type or print) and ensure it is signed and dated by the approval authority. Instructions for completing this form follow the PDF file. If you cannot find the Serial Number for a particular PC, a TEC Services’ technician will locate this information when he/she arrives on-site to perform the pre-Agreement inspection. After the form has been filled out and signed/dated by your approval authority, please fax the form to 706-542-5999.
  2. Upon receipt of the Service Agreement Subscription Form, we will contact you by phone or e-mail to arrange a time when a service technician can come to your facility and perform pre-Agreement inspections on all of the PCs for which you desire coverage.

If a PC requires a repair before admission into the Service Agreement Program, the labor required to restore the PC to a fully-operational condition will be discounted 50% and the on-site fee will be waived. Before departing your site, the service technician will ask your account administrator to sign and date a copy of the Service Agreement Subscription Form. Your service agreement will go into effect on the date it is signed (on or after July 1 of the new fiscal year) and will remain in force until the end of the fiscal year (June 30).

VOLUME DISCOUNTS: Customers who purchase 20 or more PC, PM PLUS (HP printers), or non-HP printer service agreements combined will receive a 20% discount from the list pricing.
