Pricing Schedule

The labor costs for performing non-warranty computer repairs and other billable services are assessed on a fixed-fee basis. Labor charges for repairs that are highly complex or are labor intensive will be billed on an hourly basis at a rate of $65 per hour. The repair of a laptop computer that has malfunctioned due to a liquid spill can require four or more hours of labor to complete the clean-up and to replace the components that failed following exposure to the liquid. Data recovery efforts will also be billed at an hourly rate if the customer elects to extend the time that the computer technician attempts to recover the data beyond the normal one hour period.
